a.  While you are working on the application, you need to permit pop-ups in your internet browser and/or toolbars.  Important information for responding to questions will be provided in pop-ups, and your reference forms cannot be accessed and printed if you do not permit pop-ups.

b.  When you are working on your application, if you stay on one page for more than 20 minutes without saving your data, you will have to log in again and will lose any information you have inputted but not saved.

c.  Once you submit your application, you will not be able to make additional changes to it.

d.  We strongly suggest that you print a full copy of your completed application for your personal files.  Please do not mail a full copy of your application to the ARC Office.

2.  Print, sign, and mail the signature page and include a resume - Once you have completed your application, you need to print a copy of the “Signature Page.”  Sign the page and mail it to ARC, along with the application fee and a copy of your current resume.
