 ARC Program Application Information

The eligibility requirements, application deadline and admission process are outlined in the ARC 2022-2023 Program Catalog.


Enrollment for the 2022-2023 Program opens on April 11, 2022 and remain open through July 9, 2022. All required application documents including passing test scores must be received by the application deadline for consideration to the 2022-2023 ARC Program.  


Before completing the online application to the ARC Program

  1. Read the ARC 2022-2023 Program Catalog
  2. Review Section II of the ARC 2022-2023 Program Catalog which provides the necessary information to complete the following application requirements:

    • Online Application for Admission
    • Required Passing Test Scores (Praxis Core and Praxis II or ACTFL)
    • Official College Transcripts
    • Completeness of the ARC application requirements

  3. Register for the Praxis Core tests or be prepared to submit the Praxis Core waiver which can be found here with your online application.
  4. Register for the Praxis II subject area tests or World Language Candidates register for the ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview and Writing Proficiency Test.
  5. Identify three references who can comment on your qualifications, work experience and your potential as a teacher. Your references may not be friends, neighbors or family members. You will provide this information in the online application 

How to Apply

2022-2023 ARC Online Application

Complete all sections of the ARC online application

·        You do not have to complete the application in one sitting but always save your progress. You will establish a login and password so that you may return to your online application as needed until you are ready to submit.

·    Once you submit your online application, you will not be able to make additional changes to it.

·    A non-refundable application fee of $125.00 is required to process your application. You can provide payment via credit card upon submitting your application.

Monitor the completeness of your ARC application

·       Once the ARC office has received and processed your online application and non-refundable application fee you will receive an email from ARC with instructions on how to monitor the completeness of your ARC application.  

·    You are responsible for monitoring the status of your application and the receipt of the required application documents including passing test scores. 

·    All required application documents and passing test scores must be received for your application to be considered complete. Only complete applications will be reviewed to determine if ARC’s eligibility requirements are met.

ARC Applicants are responsible for monitoring the status of their application and the receipt of the required application documents. Only complete applications will be reviewed to determine if the candidate meets ARC’s eligibility requirements.  

Application documents will not be returned to applicants who are not offered admissions. ARC maintains submitted test scores and official transcripts for two years for applicants who are not offered admission. Previous applicants are required to re-apply to future programs by completing that program year’s online application and submitting updated application documents.
